Shipping
We ship all orders directly from our warehouse in Oldsmar, Florida. Rest assured that all products listed on our website are in stock, and 99.4% of orders are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday through Saturday.
For orders over $100 (paid via credit card) or over $200 (paid via PayPal), a signature will be required upon delivery.
Note: If you choose to opt out of the signature requirement, we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages.
Domestic (US) Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $85 within the United States. Each order is shipped with a tracking number for your convenience.
2nd Day Shipping Option
Orders with 2nd-day shipping placed by 2 pm EST ship the same day via FedEx 2nd Day Service or USPS Priority Mail. Please note that shipping carriers count only business days, so orders placed on Friday will usually arrive by Tuesday.
If your order contains multiple items and not all of them qualify for 2nd-day shipping, your entire package will be sent by regular (slower) service.

International Shipping
For international orders, we primarily use USPS but also offer UPS, FedEx, and DHL upon request. If you have special shipping preferences, please contact us.

TIUS Corp DBA AirbrushClub is not responsible for any VAT, customs fees, or duties unless specifically noted or arranged. When ordering from the U.S., the buyer is responsible for ensuring the product meets the legal import requirements of the destination country. Additional taxes, duties, or fees that may apply will be the responsibility of the buyer. We provide a commercial invoice reflecting only the item cost and shipping fees.

Payments
We accept PayPal and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) securely processed through PayPal. We recommend using PayPal for convenience and added security, as it offers protection for both buyers and sellers.
Returns Policy
Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. TIUS Corp DBA AirbrushClub covers return shipping costs only if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items received).
Typically, refunds are processed within four weeks of receiving your return package. This timeframe includes:
- 5–10 business days for return transit
- 3–5 business days to process your return upon arrival
- 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund
